Wants to be part of creating history on our ongoing exciting journey within NCH’s business area Lubricants. You have a passion and joy for sales and customer relations – a 'let’s go get it' attitude is highly valued. For this role, prior experience in lubricants or sales is not a strict requirement, but we look for proven good results in previous roles and that you reside in Linköping, Norrköping, Mjölby, or Motala and surrounding areas.

What does the role entail?

As a Sales Representative at NCH within the Lubricants platform, you will be out in the field visiting our customers to discover how we can create value for their operations. You are just as comfortable on the workshop floor as you are in the customer's office.
Even though your title is Sales Representative, the customer should see you as a partner throughout the entire sales process. This means a varied daily routine that demands efficiency and self-drive. You represent and demonstrate some of the industry's best products. It is about understanding the customer's business and finding solutions for their needs. Achieving this requires you to build a broad network within the customer organization and excel at building long-term customer relationships.

- Enjoy working with people and find it fun building relationships with new and existing customers
- Speak and write fluent Swedish, have good knowledge of English, and also Finnish (which is an asset)
- Have a completed upper secondary education
- Have basic computer skills
- Post-secondary studies are an asset
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
